Our farm was established in 1965 and relocated to Oak Harbor, Washington in 1979. When our kids were young they were involved in 4-H. We bred Basenji's, Whippets, and Vizsla's before getting into miniature horses. Prior to that we bred and trained big horses with one jumper going to the Olympics!
Linda's sister was born with Spina Bifida. Being able to participate with the Spina Bifida camp each year is truly special to us. It brings us great joy to see the smile on the kids' faces when they get to be around our horses. Our horses really enjoy the interaction.
In 1985 we got our first Miniature horse as an anniversary gift.
In 1999 we found our true passion when we got involved in Miniature Horse shows. We have been showing on both a local & national level ever since then.
We both enjoy driving and performance classes and competing against each other! It's always fun to see who will win - which changes from show to show. Our Miniatures love to attend parades and take part in community events.
